The next employee spotlight is James Nuno! James has been a Dispatcher for Liquid Trucking for one year. When applying for the job at LT, he was intrigued by the family-oriented business. Since working here for some time now, he has noticed that management does a good job of showing their appreciation for their employees and treating them with respect.
As a Dispatcher, he oversees 20 to 30 drivers. He helps organize and manage their schedules to ensure that their loads are picked up and delivered on time. In addition, he keeps in contact with the drivers throughout their routes to supervise their progress and to help troubleshoot issues that may happen while on the road. Although this can be a challenging job, he enjoys getting to know the drivers and working toward a common goal together. James hopes to gain more experience and possibly move into a planning role. When he’s not working, he likes to be outdoors and ride his motorcycle.
It takes a lot of communication and patience to be a dispatcher, and James has done a great job at it. From all of us at Liquid Trucking, thank you for all you do!
