How many total employees does Liquid Trucking have?
The company has about 260 employees, with 170 of those being truck drivers.
How long has the average driver been with the company?
More than half of the fleet has been with the company five years or longer.
What is the company’s driver turnover rate?
The company averages 20% to 35% from year to year. Most of our turnover comes from drivers seeking home nightly positions since we do not offer any local jobs. Staying out on the road is a tough lifestyle, and this is where we experience the most turnover.
What is the ratio of dispatchers to drivers?
Our dispatchers oversee around 25 drivers each on average.
How many terminals does the company have, and where are they located?
Liquid Trucking has two terminals. One is located just south of Omaha, NE and the other is on the southern edge of Sioux City, IA.
What is the difference between the two terminals?
The main difference between these two locations is that the Omaha location is the larger of the two terminals and is where all of our office staff is located.
